Warsaw, Ind.
Mon evening.
Dear Ones:
Train late at Anderson. Called taxi and went to Grand hotel. To bed 1:45 C.T. Up at 6:30. Zero weather. Train at 7:50. Passed through Alexandria and Summitville where I [started] out about 1893. Got off train at Silver Lake and had to walk over half a mi to the church. Building cold but had a fine rally. After rally I drove to Warsaw with Rev. [Livengood,] took supper and will stay over night. They have three boys and one girl. Oldest boy graduated from H.S. this yr. and will go to I.C.C. next year. I guessed the menu at the church today. Fine supper here. Rev. Kneff will pick me up here tomorrow morning. So far as I now see I shall get home about 3 A.M. Sat. Rev. Livengood has a meeting at the church tonight so I think I shall retire early to make up for last night. People are very kind and seem to appreciate my being with them. I hope you all keep warm. Anxious to hear about the flute. The oldest boy here plays trombone.
Affectionately
J. H. Harris.

Stayed at Glen's last night. Ralph and wife came in. Glen came here about 10:00. Alva was taken away last Fri. to a temporary hospital near here. Presume I shall get [in] 2:36 Sat A.M. Phone Mrs. [Pugh] to send all material to St. Joseph Conf. as rapidly as it is ready. Zero weather, churches cold but I am well. I hope all keep well and warm on [Se-- g---s.]
