You are probably shocked to hear from me. I got your address from Pauline's son, Ted. You probably know that Pauline died last Feb. in Wisconsin where her only son lives.
I have been corresponding with Bette Lambert Knapp, a distant cousin who lives in Tulsa. We met her in Florida a couple of years ago. She is very much in the Lambert family. I think I have our family (D. W. Lambert) pretty much in mind except for the last generation, I mean our cousins children. I believe out of 31 grand children there are only 6 still living. I'm writing to find out more about

your family. Are you the only one still living in your family? Natalie Lambert is living in a rest home in Cincinnati, Daniel Harris in Miami, Fla., Richard Harris near Columbus, Ohio, Charles, my brother in Cincinnati, Phil Charles in Florida but is going back to Guam in Feb. and I live in Orrville, Ohio in the summer. In your family I remember Glen & Mable, Claire, Frank & Ralph, who was my age. Did they all marry and have families? Also do you have children? The only way the Lambert name could be carried on is through your brothers, since my brother had no children and and Uncle Ira Lambert had just two girls.
Pauline had one son, I had a boy & a girl. I also have ten grandchildren but of course no Lamberts.

We have been coming to Florida for several years in Jan., Feb. & March. I have angina and the weather here is much better for me. I have been in the hospital once since we came to Florida. We will see Dan Harris before we go back to Ohio.
In our family, our son lives in Orrville and is sales manager for Will Burt Co. He has 4 girls and one boy. Oldest girl graduated at Bowling Green College of Ohio and Harvard. She and husband and son live in Boston. She is a micro-biologist, second girl of Rodney's lives in San Francisco and is in banking & married, 3rd girl is a graduate nurse; Boy - David is in Penn State, 4th girl graduates from H.S. this spring.
Our daughter graduated at Otterbein, married and has five boys.

Oldest boy Junior at Un of Miami of Ohio, 2nd son at Ohio State and three boys at home. They live in Galion, Ohio.
The only other Lambert family I know came from Anderson, Ind, and went to Otterbein.
Let me know about your family as I have lost complete track of them.
I'm not sure of the connection we have with Betty Knapp but I think our grandfathers were brothers.
