Many, many thanks for your last shipment of photos and valuable documents. I telephoned to let you know that they had arrived, but you were out of town.
I really don't know how to thank you, - especially for those pages from my Mother's diary. They paint a very vivid picture of some moments in the family's history. Thank you for rescuing it.
And thanks for the copies of that family picture. I presume you have sent copies to your sister and step-sister.
I am sorry I cannot answer with authority your question about "cousin" Abner Monroe.
I look forward to the pleasure of seeing you soon on your next trip south. I do appreciate all you have done to preserve what is left of the family legacy.
I hope you have good news about Cathy. Tell the kids that Uncle Dan sends his best wishes to them.
