Dear Ms Williams,
Enclosed is your check. There was no will or estate settlement for Benjamin Lambert.
I am sending you some records that I have found. You might already have what I am sending, but in case you don't, here it is.
The same day I received your letter, Mrs. Marlys (Lambert) Stuart and her husband were in our library researching the Lamberts. They were interested in the line of Abner Lambert, who I believe was a brother of your Benjamin. Her address is Box 21, Buckingham, Iowa 50612.

(If you notice this is the land their father Benjamin bought in 1835. Their ?? her had died before this. I wonder if their father just divided his property among his children and that is why there wasn't a will or an estate settlement when he died. Maybe Benjamin F. got everything because he kept his father.
