One half of a leather saddlebag setContext
It appears that at the time of Rev. Lambert's death in 1918 the saddle bag set was separated into two individual bags. One went to his daughter, Hannah Mayne, the other to his daughter Bertha Harris. Bertha's bag was subsequently given to her minister son, James Lowell Harris, who bequeathed it to his son, James Lowell Harris II. In January 2021 James Lowell Messinger-Harris gifted the bag to the Harris-Lambert Family Archives so it could be shared with other family members.
