Rev. J. H. Harris,
Dear Bro:
This endorses the credentials voted you last week by Scioto Conf. Your method of coming before them, and all, was entirely satisfactory. Unanimously and with gladness you were voted to membership in the conference.
I am glad that you find it pleasant and hopeful to go [other] places you [s--e] with the gospel message. I trust the good [------] may grant you many years of fruitful service in the blessed gospel ministry.
Your Brother
J. W. Hott
