Context

The Fort Wayne Printing Co. Fort Wayne Indiana Jan - 29 - 41" Dear Aunt Bertha: It hardly seems possible that Uncle Jo. has gone to claim his much deserved reward. When Paul phoned I was sick in bed with the Flu and now Mabel is down in bed with it. Only sickness prevented my coming to the funeral and on that day my thoughts and sympathy were with you. I always thought so much of Uncle Jo as some unseen hand always seemed to bind our mutual understanding and I always knew I could depend on his advice and suggestions. Mabel phoned mother as soon as we knew and Ralph had just moved to Muncie or he might have come. Please have some to the boys let us know occasionally how you are and if at any time we can be of any help let us know. Affectionately Glenn & Mabel
