Dear Cousin Luella,
Well, I am finally getting around to thanking you for the wonderful day we spent in Chicago! I am most grateful that you were able to clear up the mystery of Abner Monroe for me.
I am sorry it has taken so long for me to enter all of the data about Elwood's descendants. Thank you very much for loaning it to me. I finally got a new notebook computer and was able to get some of the work done on my trips. I am enclosing a printout of the data I entered. It may be a little easier to follow and more consistent than the original. If you notice any glaring errors between the printout and the original, please help me correct them in the database.
I am not currently active with the Lambert line, so do not have anything revealing to share. However, I have found more people actively working on the Lambert line than any other I have worked on. I sincerely hope we can compile an accurate and complete record of the family for all to share.
