Dear Dick:-
Providing nothing happens, I will take the train next Saturday evening which will put me in Dayton about 9:45 Sunday morning. Hope you can meet me at the station then. However, I will telegraph you on Saturday as to just what time I will arrive.
If you can go out with me to the house then when mother comes in from church she will find me, much to her surprise, right at home once more. She is not expecting me, so don't say anyting [sic] to her about it.. I have written dad though. I hope you can see Paul's and see if they can come over. I believe your school will be out Friday, will it not?
Well, let me hear from you.. Hoping to see you next Sunday, I am
Your brother
"Jimmie"
