Dear Paul,
I had a nice visit with Bette, Geo and DeeDee. George even went to lunch with us. Bud drove me down so he and Geo talked about government and sports and Bette and I talked out relatives. It was a short visit since Bud needed to get back. Also George appears tired so I didn't want to stay too long. Bette says she just hasn't had any time to do anything with the family for almost a year. I'm sure Geo needs full time help now. I hope next year I can spend longer and maybe help her with it.
I am enclosing a clipping from my hometown - her mother was a Lambert. I don't know if a relative and she didn't either.
Also the reunion is July 28 in Waterloo. There is a motel with a pool! I'll be at an 80th birthday in Oskalooka, IA1-3 on the 27, but will drive up to Waterloo and stay all night, so hope you can come. If you have time off come on to
