Dear Paul:
I laid your letter aside and overlooked answering your request relative to the note. I looked the matter up and find that the note was given Dec. 27, 1927 for $1591.30 and that on the back there was credited same day $191.30. I do not want you to count the interest. If you want to put it on the book put it at $1400.00 and let it go for the present.
The other note was dated Jan. 16, 1932 for $500.00 at 4% interest. The other note mentioned above was at 5% interest. Better get in touch with the Bank and see what terms you can get. All are well as usual here. I am out every Sunday for the Seminary. Do not know what the outcome will be as finance is very slow here. I hope all goes well with you.
