William Todd, grandfather of Nancy (Work) Harris. Copy obtained at Belmont County, Ohio Court House, Probate Court. It was falling apart so a lady put it together for me and gave me a copy.
I have the original newspaper clipping of Frances Harris, Leonard D. Harris and Ira Lambert in my possession.
Note: in the other article on this paper the name is Joseph instead of James Arthur.

Dear Paul:
It was very nice talking to you this week about the Harris family. I am sending along a few copies you might like to have. I am sending all pages of Marion Township, Morgan County that is in the 1886 history book. This will answer questions you had about Chesterhill and Plantsville and etc. You will learn a lot by just reading it. It had been years since I had read any of this information.
