Dear Dick:
Have you ever considered the possibility of setting up a memorial book fund at the seminary for J. H. Harris, or for J. H. and Bertha L. Harris? There are not many people left who would be interested, I suppose. What is your reaction? I think you know more about the situation there than I do.
The Lambert fund at Otterbein is slowly growing, and might eventually reach $5,000. Through the years that could be worth while. I shall continue to contribute to it as long as I can.

Believe it or not, I gave a talk last Sunday morning on "Religion and the Arts". Makes me have new respect for the people who do it every Sunday.
I hope you are well and busy. I certainly appreciate your letters. When you have time would you let me have the dates on the Lambert and Harris tombstones?
What are you planning to do this summer?
Let me hear from you
As ever
Dan -
