Shortly after the boilter was delivered WW1 ended thereby all proposed work on the sea king was stopped. The vessel was for some reason abandoned just (nowhere else moored??) during the following years Deibut Brothers went out of buiness. In 1923 the property was purchased by Charles B Silver who entended to build a cannery to principally can tomatoes shipping by boat from the Eastern shore of many (home and Va) The sae king had sunk where it was moored and had to be
