Within the Red folder which contains 10 pages of paper single sided with information and a drawling or photograph Title reads: The story of Harford County. No. 7 of a new series 2 Photos and a diagram - site of Old Joppa: one mile South of route 40 on the Funpowder River - old joppa as it was laid out in 1725 St Johns Parish Church was at Point D above, the courthouse at B the new prison at A and the old prison at C. The Rumsey mansion is at E in upper left corner. the wharve were at F - The Rumsey house today. its the one surviving example of the buildings at Joppa over 200 years ago
