Chert Cobble also known as Flint When struck can create fire A chunk of Chert-- Flakes would be chipped off and used on spears and for other weapons A durable rock Has two shades of color: the outside is a pale white with tan and black colored areas (like lines) while the inside is dark brownish black On the outside the North Museum has marked: AF886 in black

Only sign of damage is from the Chert being hit against something, either to use as flint for fire or to hit off chunks of Chert for weapons (possibly) Has some embrasions from the strike. Other than that is looks good.
