Top Mast of "Elsie" of Havre de Grace. Mast is brown in color mostlikely with shellac on top of the wood.

Is rusted in many spots: inside, on the lip, the can itself, and bottom. Picture is still noticable but some of the words are covered by rust you cant read them.
