Land Deed from George & Eliza Luce to B W (Benjamin W) Parker. Land title goes back to the Royal Patent #79 from July 2, 1830. And an additional Royal Patent #2077 dated August 5, 1836. Also note Royal Stamp showing the crown is surrounded by "HOAILONA PAI O KE ALII" and "ROYAL STAMP"
