“I love cities. They are complex, provocative, and ever changing with incredible architecture and people of many cultures. Cities are populated by busy people with no time to waste. Cities allow opportunity for self-expression, diversity and eccentricity. They are cornucopias of art with symphonies, plays, galleries, museums and cabarets. Cities provide housing, parks, jobs, challenges, confusion and excitement. They are full of color as are my paintings of them. The combination of my internal feelings and my external visions of multi-colored buildings, signs, bridges and buses compel me to express my ideas in strong, abstract terms.” - Theodosia A.G.
