Description

This Record of Service book is minus its front and rear, brown cardboard covers. It has the owner's surname and initials written in black ink in the top left hand corner. The top right hand corner has the document number and date. The Australian Coat of Arms, are included along with the title, and specifies of use. The staples have rusted and this has bled onto the paper.
