General Notes

Note

This ironstone bedpan/urinal combo dates to the late 1800s-early 1900s. Ironstone, a type of stoneware, was known for its durability. The wedge shape of this design is especially important for the care of fracture patients with limited or no mobility. Like the Goodwin Bros. example, this bedpan also includes a male urinal attachment.
