General Notes
Note
Two Minneapolis General Hospital nurses enjoyed a game of tennis in their spare time. The tennis court was between the hospital and Harrington Hall, the nurse's dormitory and classroom building. Written on the back of the image are the words, "Tennis Court on General Hospital Grounds on 6th Ave. side, August 15, 1921." The hospital had just been renamed from Minneapolis City Hospital the year before.
