The building is an open roof structure supported on cedar posts dug into the ground with wood roof trusses and corrugated metal sheeting. It has an adjoining roof over the diesel power plant. There is a raised and fenced spectator walkway at the North side. The building was entirely built by volunteer labour with local materials.
