Plastic and brass thimble holder with chain key ring. Brown plastic case with wide scroll band at opening,threaded onto thimble. Inside 3 thread pink plastic bobbin. Bobbin hollow to hold pins, etc. - no top.. When unscrewed band is entirely seperate. Brass thimble with raised rim. Narrow band of vertical lines above rim, then a plain band. Knurling from here to and over top.
