Lower part of case is brass thimble. Top of case is a mix of leather, brown colour, and brass - Narrow brass rim . brown leather to top, brass top with ring for a brown leather strap and buckle. Key ring attached to end of strap. Inside white plastic 3 thread bobbin with open top for needles Snap on top. No marks. Brass thimble is bottom of case. Rolled rim, 2 narrow vertically lined bands above rim with narrow plain band between.Knurling from bands to and over top. No marks.
