Green round thimble metal box with gold rimmed top. Center top has hand worked petit point of a gold thimble on it. Inside cream felt like material lines case. Thimble included. Old brass thimble with raised patterned rim. wide band above with a vertica lined background and horizontal row of acanthus leaves around. Knurling fom band to and over top. No marks.
