Gray velvet (or velour) thimble case in shape of a heart. Brass fittings. Inside top lined with a gray cotton material, inside lower part is lined with same material as outside with a cut-out for the thimble. Thimble with case. Gray metal thimble - not silver. Narrow raised rim then a wide band of pattern above. Pattern of grapes and leaves. Knurling from band to and over top. No marks.
