Case is a small cardboard box . Top has coloured sewing tools and the year 2002 on it. Sides have a poem. Paper inside box gives story of Charles Iles, thimble maker who made the thimble, and story of Jean ShoupÕs company. Thimble is a large adult brass thimble with 12 (size) marked under the apex. Rolled rim, plain wide band with ÒRemember Thimbles Only 1986-1987 Jean ShoupÓ Knurling from band to and over top.
