Green painted cast iron loaf shaping machine manufactured by Fletcher Manufacturing Company, Toronto and Glencoe, Canada. Canadian Patent June 8, 1909.

Use

This machine was used in a commercial bakery. It took the dough and formed it into loaves ready for the oven. It would have been powered by an electric motor or driven by an overhead line shaft.
