Fabric Flag, Designed by Napoleon Mayor Robert Heft, Signed and Presented to the Henry County Historical Society on Feb 12, 1990, by Bob Heft. As much as an American Lay Person cannot figure out how One man can be attributed to Designing the 50 Star Flag, Bob Heft was given that name by our Country. Bob was a Mayor of Napoleon, Ohio, Ran for State Representative and County Commissioner. He came to our town from Saginaw, Michigan and was buried there.Collection
