AA Trust AgreementDescription
"This machine dates back to the early 1920s. It belonged to Mrs. Adela Pohle. The machine would be filled with water and soap. Clothes were added and then the handle was cranked back and forth to move the agitator. The sides of the interior of the tub are separated to provide for more washing action. There is a plug at the bottom to drain the tub into a bucket. The soapy water was often put onto gardens as a pesticide." - Old Museum Info & Tour Info Pre - 2003Acquisition
