It is a print that Frank Witlow sent to his wife Mrs. Elsie Witlow from England while he was fighting in WWI. The couple married in 1909 in Kitselas. Mr. Witlow fought in the Boar War and was a major in WWI. He was killed in France during WWI. Mr. and Mrs. McRae salvage this from some of Mrs. Witlows Belongings and donated it to the museumAcquisition
