Description

These four photocopied pages make up a spread of a newspaper. The sheets over lap one another to make up three rows of teachers and there pictures. a- top, left Has the introduction to the story "New Term. . . New Teachers!" b- bottom, left First picture is Miss H Dawkin, last picture Miss K Rem? c-top, right First picture Mrs K. Williams, last picture Mrs E. Gregg d- bottom, right First picture Mrs F LaBelle, last picture Mrs E. Jackson. History: School bell is from Kalum school, which was the original school in Terrace. The school board office is now in that building. Mrs Labelle was principle, the bell was pasted onto her daughter who gave it to the Grey family. Her picture (Mrs Labelle) is in the photocopied pages of a newspaper. Mrs F. LaBelle bio says: "Begins her sixteenth year of teaching in Terrace, continuing as Principal of Kalum Elementary School and Teacher of Grade 3
