William Lee Richards, a Queensbury resident, wrote this book about his great-uncle who became chancellor in Hawaii in the mid-1800's. As per newspaper article in front of this book, a "Justinian was a Roman emperor who helped lay the foundation of our modern legal system." William Little Lee was born in Sandy Hill on Feb. 25, 1821
