A wager agreement between Roger Halladay (Haliday) and Captain Derrik J Wright on April 5, 1820- both of Hartford, New York. The bet concerned the outcome of the NYS Govenor election. Wright wagered wagons and Halladay wagered horses. Captain Derrik won the bet when DeWitt Clinton won the election.
