The Adirondack Park consists of six million acres pf public and private land within a boundary, the Blue Line, delineated in Environmental Conservation Law. This is a report from the Commission on the Adirondacks in the Twenty-First Century, that is proposing 245 recommendations that could set a new course for the park. This is the first volume of three volumes. Volumes Two and Three are Technical Reports.
