Description

Steve Brite of Springfield MO sent this to us as a gift. It tells that the property was (part of?) the Perry Patent which was located on Route 22 at the Tiplady Road crossing in Hebron. It was found in a dresser in Springfield MO in the 1950's. 16" X 25 1/2", very "browned" fragile paper, stored in archival folder.
