Collection of 35 (transcribed) letters written by Lulu Lidgerwood Sears of Putnam, NY. sent to her childhood friends Elizabeth "Bess" (nicknamed Pete) and Lois Paterson. The first letter is written in 1899 and the last being 1918/1919. Lulu attended Gloversville High School and then Cornell University all the while visiting her home farm in Putnam. The letters contain many references to fellow residents of Putnam, NY.
