Believed to have rebuilt on the site of an accessory building for 95 East Bay Street (c. 1740). Remodeled in 1938 by Hollywood producer Jack McGowan and further enhanced by later owners. Set in its own secret garden. File contains FOHG house history (1981). No image on file.
