This plat represents the form and shape of 100 acres of land given by Cap. Benjamin Schenckingh(?) to the parish of St. James's Goosecreek, So. Carolina. One acre thereof for to build a church on and for a church yard and the next for a use of the Rector or Minister of (?) parish for a time being, the conveyance from him (?) Schenckingh to the Church Cons(?) [illegible] above being dated October 18th, 17??.Notes
