File contains the following miscellaneous letters: May 14, [yr?]: Letter to Mrs. Aiken from S.C. Stevenson re: the Aikens intended visit to England. Undated: Letter to Mrs. Mary Ion Kinloch (nee Lowndes) from Jacob Bond Ion re: excerpt from family record. Aug. 4, 1896: Letter from H.W. Conner, attorney, to "Bunny," difficult to read but appears to be re: flies and fishing Sept. 30, 1909: Letter to Mrs. A.B. Rhett in Flat Rock from her son Burnet in Charleston. Refers to the opening of the school, the hiring of a cook, and Harriett's arrival. Apr. 28, 1920: Letter to Mr. Aiken Rhett from John L. Guria(?) (Hendersonville Hardware Co. stationery) re: request for $15 so he can take a week off to look for his dogs. Aug. 20, 1974: Letter to Mrs. Edmund Rhett from D. Stevenson of Jean Sewell Antiques re: her inquiry about a plate.
