Constructed ca. 1870 as a two-and-a-half-story wooden dwelling in the Queen Anne style with a front porch and second-story corner porch, the house bears little indication of using the traditional Charleston domestic style. Michael Storen lived in this house near the investment dwellings he built, including the single house next door at 5 Ann Street (Poston, Buildings of Charleston). File contains handwritten (staff) research notes.
