Map of Charleston (peninsula), revised in 1879, and published by Walker, Evans & Cogswell, Stationers, Printers & Binders, located at nos. 3 Broad and 109 East Bay Streets. Scale 900' = 1". Features locations of Fire Alarm Boxes (indicated in red numbering), and public buildings, with indexes to same. "Presented by A.R. Thomlinson, manufacturer of harness, saddles, bridles, etc., dealer in bits, stirrups, whips, collars, lap robes, horse clothing and everything pertaining to a first class harness and saddlery establishment..." A.R. Thomlinson was located at 137 Meeting Street.
