Scope and Content

Three-story building, the ground floor of which had been a corner store until the 1960s. In 1965, the store windows were enclosed for the installation of windows. No additional history on file. Needs further research. File contains: HCF Waiver of Option dated 5/31/1977; correspondence re: foreclosure dated 8/11/1967; Application for Building Permit dated 2/9/1965. Photographs indicate that the first floor housed E. Wineglass Antique Repairs-Upholstery. Coca-Cola signs are on the corner walls of the building; home inspection report with photos and plat (2006).
