Two-story Victorian frame house of rectangular base plan constructed in the 1890s. Features double porches with square posts and balusters; two-over-two windows and simple transomed doors; and two Gothic hooded chimneys. The house burned but was rebuilt. No additional house history on file. Needs further research. Three files contain documentation of the covenant; correspondence and documentation related to the sale of the property; appraisal; annual inspection reports; request for alterations; correspondence and other documentation related to the management the property; plat (1996); architectural drawings relating to renovation; SCDAH Architectural Inventory Form; realtor listing.
