Built in 1908 by H.T. Zacharias, a prominent building contractor. It now belongs to the College of Charleston, one of five houses that became home in the 1970s to various sororities at the College of Charleston. In contrast to its neighbors sited close to the street, this Colonial Revival style house has front and side porches, second-story bay, and hipped roof, and it is situated at the back of a deep lot.
