While the three-story structure has a modern storefront, it retains its historic character on the upper stories, possibly built in 1874 and modified in 1905, as those dates appear at the top of the building. Features characteristics of Beaux Arts architecture including console brackets, pilasters, laurel wreaths, and cornice with dentils.
