Description

Charleston Easy Chair c. 1760-1775 Mahogany and ash seat frame; tulip poplar glue blocks, arm cones, and back stiles; cypress arms and remainder of back frame. Upholstery is worsted moreen with "Vermicelli" pattern wrought upon cloth with a hot copper cylinder.
