Constructed after 1886, using two walls from an existing brick building that survived the 1886 Earthquake to construct a two-story side hall single house, eith a two-story piazza along the east facade. File contains graduate student report (Tanesha High, 2018) on the history of the house, which includes historical and chain-of-title research, maps, photos, and other supporting documentation; HCF staff notes about the house from a 1998 interview with the former homeowner, Nancie Quick; newspaper article about Mary Hogan Baker, former resident (date not indicated).
