Description

Cast iron railings designed in the 1940s by Constantine. Central rosette design; handrail going down the stair had a circular pattern. Between the decorative elements are vertical spindles. Modified (straightened) in 2010 and now being used as a transom at the entrance to HCF's Market Street shop.
